Service Description

30 minute discussion based on training history, injury history, video analysis, and questionnaire. There is no obligation with the consultation. I would encourage people to take advantage of this service. If nothing else, I can talk to you and see if I can help you with some direction in your training. This is a way for me to give back to the community.
